1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays in Victoria).
  • Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods. We will notify you if there is a significant delay in processing your order.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping within Australia

  • We currently ship to all valid addresses within Australia, including PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers (where carrier permits).
  • We primarily use Sendle and Australia Post's Parcel Post service for our deliveries. The carrier used will depend on your location and the size of your order.
  • Estimated Delivery Times (once dispatched):
    • Local (within 10km radius of our Melbourne warehouses): 1-2 business days *See the postcode list below to check if you're in our local delivery zone.
    • Victoria (Metro): 1-3 business days
    • Victoria (Regional): 2-5 business days
    • Interstate (Metro): 3-7 business days
    • Interstate (Regional): 5-10 business days
    • Western Australia & Northern Territory: 7-14 business days

3. Shipping Costs

  • FREE Local Delivery: Enjoy free local delivery on all orders of $20 and over.
  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $9.95 for standard shipping on all orders below $55.
  • FREE Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders of $55 and over.
  • Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • We strive for perfection, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Please email us at info@kyoree.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s) and the packaging.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of food items and for food safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose your snacks carefully.
  • Refunds or replacements will only be provided for items that are deemed* damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied, as outlined in Section 4. *Assessed case by case.
