How do you pronounce "Kyoree"? It's pronounced "Cu-ree" — like curious! Kyoree is a playful spin on the word, inspired by the endless wonder kids bring to everything. Now you can say it confidently at the school gate. 😄
ABOUT THE BARS
What age are Kyoree bars suitable for?
Our bars are suitable for children aged 2 and up — and honestly, just as popular with the grown-ups sneaking one from the snack drawer. Soft enough for little teeth, wholesome enough for everyone.
What flavours do you have?
Three flavours, all made with the same wholesome oat base: Banana, Berries, and Cocoa. Can't decide? That's what the Discovery Bundle is for — try all three and let the kids vote.
Are they actually healthy? What's in them?
Yes — every Kyoree bar is made with oats and seeds, under 3.5g sugar, fortified with calcium, a source of fibre, 100% vegan, and dietitian-formulated by our co-founder Eilene. Full ingredient lists and nutrition panels are on each product page.
Are the bars gluten-free?
Unfortunately not — our bars are oat-based, so they're not suitable for those with coeliac disease or a gluten intolerance. It's something we're always thinking about for the future.
Are they vegan?
Yes! All Kyoree bars are 100% vegan — no animal-derived ingredients, full stop.
How should I store the bars?
Store them in a cool, dry place below 20°C away from direct sunlight. Once opened, best eaten within an hour as they can dry out if left unwrapped.

Are Kyoree bars nut-free?
Our bars are made without nuts as an ingredient — no peanuts, no tree nuts in the recipe. However, they are produced in a facility that also handles peanuts and tree nuts, so we can't guarantee they're 100% free from cross-contamination. If your child has a severe nut allergy, please check the allergen information on the product page and consult your healthcare provider before purchasing.
Are they dairy-free and egg-free?
Yes — no dairy, no eggs. This was one of the main reasons we started Kyoree. As mums managing food allergies ourselves, we wanted snacks we could hand over without hesitation.
Are they safe for school lunchboxes?
Our bars are egg-free, dairy-free, and made without nuts — meeting most school lunchbox policies. That said, every school has its own rules, so it's worth checking with your school given our facility handles peanuts and tree nuts. Each bar is individually wrapped, mess-free, and perfectly sized for a lunchbox slot. ✅

I signed up for the 15% discount — what can I use it on?
Your 15% welcome discount applies to individual bar and box orders — single use, no minimum spend. It doesn't apply to the Discovery Bundle, because the bundle already has a 10% saving built in. Either way, you're getting a great deal!

How much does shipping cost?
Free local delivery on orders over $20 (within 10km of our Melbourne warehouse).
Free standard shipping on orders $55 and over.
Flat rate of $9.95 on orders under $55.
Costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Victorian public holidays).
Once dispatched:

Interstate metro 3–7 days
Interstate regional 5–10 days

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're so sorry! Email us at info@kyoree.com.au within 24 hours of receiving your order with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the damaged item and packaging. We'll sort it out for you.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because our bars are a perishable food product, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. We do offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect — just get in touch as above.
